Water | d) Halving the amount of untreated wastewater discharged into major water bodies by 2036 […] | Compliance with the Russian regulatory requirements as regards pollutant concentration in discharges | Contaminated wastewater discharge declined by 6% y‑o‑y to 68.7 Mcm in 2024 (insufficiently treated to 31.3 Mcm, and contaminated untreated, to 37.4 Mcm). Total wastewater discharge was 223.8 Mcm. In 2024, 81% of all water used by the Company was recycled and reused.
